Scoutcuriovalt is an independent media publication, travel analysis think-tank, and architectural index. We do not operate as an OTA (Online Travel Agency), property management broker, or payment processor. All dorm pricing figures, amenities schedules, and hostel score cards presented represent editorial estimations and field evaluations valid at the moment of inspection. Travelers must complete actual commercial bookings directly with respective property managers or verified travel vendors.
3. Intellectual Property Rights & Scraper Prohibitions
All textual analyses, proprietary rating algorithms, UI stylesheets, photography selections, and score matrix presentations constitute exclusive intellectual property owned by Scoutcuriovalt Media AG. Unauthorized automated web scraping, indexing via AI training bots without explicit license, or commercial reproduction of our hostel guides without written attribution will result in immediate legal recourse under international copyright law.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no circumstance shall Scoutcuriovalt Media AG, its directors, field inspectors, or technology affiliates be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your personal travel decisions, accommodation disputes, hostel cancellations, bodily injury, or lost belongings at featured properties. All backpacker travel carries inherent risks that users assume independently.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are construed and governed exclusively under the substantive laws of Switzerland, without reference to conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising in connection with this platform shall be the competent commercial courts of Basel, Switzerland.
